Only Three Steps to Get Started
- Gather necessary documents:
- Request a Personal Identification
Number (PIN) for secure application processing. The PIN and your email
address will be used as your authorization and electronic signature for filing a Homestead exemption on your property. You will
need to locate your property by either, Address, Property Control Number (PCN), or
your property's Official Records Book and (ORB/P)
(if your property is listed in your name), which can be found on your recorded deed.
- Once your application is submitted,
the Property Appraiser's Office will review and process the information. A receipt
will be emailed to you.
